After 15 years at the Splinter Group cooperative workspace, in early February I moved my entire operation down the block. I have always dreamed of having my workshop attached to a store front gallery space and some how the stars aligned, a few blessings came thru and that is what transpired. It's in an old quonset hut built in 1948 and has all the charm I could ask for. I leased the entire building, built out some other studios in the loft and dubbed the place Cloud Tree Studios & Gallery after a favorite tree of mine in the street nearby. Its located at 3411 e. 5th in Austin. I more than welcome any and all studio visits and hope to have semi regular gallery hours soon.
